Domohon, located in Busan's Suyeong District, is a cultural complex that has been transformed from the former official residence of the city's mayor. Originally constructed in 1984 by renowned architect Kim Joong-up, the building served as a presidential villa and was often referred to as the "local Blue House." After a period as the mayor's residence, it was recently renovated and reopened to the public in September 2024. The name "Domohon" signifies a space forrest, meetings, and the free exchange of innovative ideas. The facility offers a variety of amenities, including multipurpose cultural areas, shared offices, a café, lecture halls, and conference rooms suitable for international events and large meetings.
